- Violation: threats of demolitions on structures

A massive force from Israeli occupation army accompanied by a staff from Planning and Construction Committee- Israel Civil Administration raided on June 27, 2016 Al-Ras Al-Ahmar hamlet in the northern Palestinian Jordan Valley and notified structures of demolition. The force was reported to take photos of some residential tents and barracks before being served the demolition orders. Noteworthy, the orders mentioned giving the affected owners a three day deadline to object a previous demolition order served on May 13, 2013.
It should be marked that the court of Beit El colony in 2014 rejected a licensing application for the targeted structures on the claim that the area is classified as "closed military zone". Such claim is used to further conduct military trainings in Palestinian areas– especially in Al-Ras Al-Ahmar– to push people out of their homes.
It should be also marked that the families residing in Al-Ras Al-Ahmar originally hail from Tammun town, which is few kilometers away from the hamlet. Al- Ras Al-Ahmar is reported to undergo systematic attacks on their wooded and cloth-shade houses by the occupation.

Confiscation of agriculture vehicle:
Israeli Occupation Forces on July 03, 2016 confiscated a 2005 JCB dozer from the area of Al-Ras Al-Ahmar. Noteworthy, the vehicle was moved to the nearby Buq'ut colony after being confiscated from the farm of its owner citizen Ghassan Bani Oudeh.
The occupation justified the confiscation on the claim that the dozer was working in an area classified "closed military zone". Thus, a huge financial fine was imposed on the owner. It should be marked that confiscating agricultural vehicles and equipments repeatedly occurred in the area of Palestinian Jordan Valley on the claim of "presence in military zones".
