Description:
October 28th 2021, the Israeli Occupation Authorities issued a demolition order for citizen Mohammed Al-Khoura , on the pretext of building without a license in Al-Fawwar Refugee’s camp south Hebron Governorate.
The Occupation Authorities issued a final demolition order number (61160) to arbitrarily order demolition of the two houses within 7 days, and threatened in case the owner did not carry out the demolition, the occupation forces will implement the demolition and make him pay all the costs.

The targeted house was constructed in 2020, and it is still under construction , it is built of stones and concrete , and has a total area of 200 m2, the house was supposed to be a home for a family of 6 , 4 of them are children.

In September 13th 2021, the Occupation Authorities issued halt of work notice for the house on the pretext of building without a license, and sat September 29th 2021 as the date of the inspection subcommittee session in Beit El military court to decide the fate of the structures.

Affected citizen prepared a legal file, and hired a lawyer to object on the occupation’s decision and file again for a construction license, but the occupation authorities only provides construction licenses for Palestinians in rare cases.
Khoura and his family live with his parents at Al-Fawwar refugee’s camp , and his family – like most families at the camp suffer from densely populated houses , normally he wanted to build a house for his family, but the occupation authorities issued halt of work order for the house, that was soon followed by a demolition order.
