Description:
September 24th 2020 , the Israeli Occupation issued a halt of work order on houses and facilities on the pretext of building without licenses in Ma’in area / south Yatta.
Eyewitnesses said that the buildings inspection officer protected by the occupation forces, raided the area, wrote the notices and hanged them on the target structures, then took pictures before withdrawing.
According to the notices, the occupation authorities ordered the immediate stoppage of construction works and set October 28th 2020, as the date of the inspection subcommittee in Beit El military court to decide the fate of the structure.
The notices targeted the following buildings:
- Notice number (31123): targeted a house built of cement since 2018 , with a total area of 100 m2, and inhabited by ‘Issa Hamamda and his wife.

- Notice number (31124): targeted an under construction house (in the foundations phase) , belongs to Raed Abu ‘Aram and has a total area of 140 m2 , the construction started 2 months ago.

- Notice number 31125: targeted a workshop for stone processing, the workshop composes of a shack (40 m2) , and electric tools used for stone cutting and decoration , and belongs to Ibrahim Dababsa.
