Description:
Sunday , March 1st 2020 , the Israeli occupation authorities issued halt of work and construction notices targeting five agricultural rooms belong to citizens from “At-Tayba” east Trqumiya / Hebron Governorate.
The notices were issued by the “Civil Administration – High Organization Council – The Inspection subcommittee” , and ordered the immediate stoppage of construction work , and set March 23rd as the date of the subcommittee session in “Beit El” military court to decide the fate of the structures.
Noteworthy, “Telem” settlement is built on confiscated lands west Tarqumiya and close to the lands targeted with notices.

The owners of the targeted rooms prepared legal files that contain ownership deeds and other necessary document, and applied for licenses , but the occupation authorities refused their applications and gave them halt of work and construction notices.
