Israeli Occupation Forces served on April 11, 2016 a stop-work order on a residence belonging to citizen Fatima Jabarin from Sa'ir town, north Hebron city on the claim of "unlicensed construction".
The son of the affected citizen told Land Research Center that a massive force from Israel Civil Administration raided the area of Khallet AL-Foul, east Sa'ir, hung the order on the targeted house and took photos of the place before they had left.
The order mentioned that the structure was "unlicensed" and ordered a halt on construction works. May 09, 2016 was assigned as the hearing session of the Inspection Sub-Committee in the Israeli court of Beit El colony to consider whether to demolish eh structure or restore its previous status.

It should be marked that the targeted structure is a two story house (300m2). The first floor is reported to be roofed while the second floor is still under construction.
It should also be marked that the first floor was supposed to be used as a warehouse while the second floor was planned to accommodate two apartments for the sons of the affected citizen. Bader, the first son, has a 12 member family including five children and Khalil, the second son, has a 15 member family including three children.
