Violation: ‘Payback’ write offensive slogans and damage a number of cars.
Location: Qabalan – Nablus.

In the early morning hours on January 3, 2013, a number of colonists broke into Qabalan village before puncturing the tires of two cars. The colonists also wrote a number of slogans calling for ‘killing Arabs’ on the walls of a gas station in the village.
The damaged cars were a 1979 Opel, property of Wasim Awad and a 1994 Daewoo Racer, property of Kamel Lafi.

Wasim Awad commented: ‘in the early morning hours on January 3, 2012, 3 colonists walked into the village under the protection of Israeli troops. They spread chaos around before fleeing’. It is worthy to mention that the whole West Bank has been targeted with attacks committed by colonists belonging to the so-called ‘Payback’ which has become a signature for most of the colonists aggressions against Palestinian people and properties.
The Israeli Occupation Army provide these colonists with protection, arms, and probably coordination when they commit their attacks making them part of the crimes.
