Details:
Attacks against the Bedouin communities increase during spring of each year; the Israelis target the people in their sources of living and spring is the breeding season for cattle. The daily Israeli military training destroyed huge areas of agricultural lands, adding to the misery of the people.
The Israeli Occupation Army ordered the people of the villages of Al Maleh, Ein Hilwa, Al Burj, Mayta, Samra, Ibzeq, and al Ras al Ahmar to evacuate their residences at certain times on April 29 and 30 as it was planning to conduct military trainings on these days. The Israeli demanded that the inhabitants leave their residences and forbade students from going to the their schools in the aforementioned areas.
The Israeli skirmishes/training has begun in October, 2012 and were supposed to last for 6 months; during that time, the locals suffered from drastic damages.

Mr. Mohammad al Mallah, the Legal Advisor in Tubas Governorate, commented: "the Israelis do not only intend to confiscate cattle but to exhaust the Palestinian citizens and force them to leave".
Judization of the Jordan Valley is an ongoing process since 1967; the Israelis are gradually taking over the lands while limiting the Palestinian presence through house demolitions, capture of natural resources, damaging properties, etc.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture, the Jordan Valley produces 25 % of the total red meat production in the West Bank; this is considered a huge blow to the Palestinian economy that will surely affect the efforts to build the long-sought Palestinian state.
