Description:
October 13th 2021 , the occupation authorities issued final demolition order for an agricultural structure and a water pool , on the pretext of building without a license , the structures belong to citizen ‘Adli Ibrewish from Jamrura west Tarqumiya in Hebron Governorate.
Affected citizen pointed out that the occupation authorities issued demolition order number (61382) , in order to demolish the targeted facilities within 7 days , and threatened in case the owner did not carry out the demolition the forces will level the structures and make him pay all demolition costs.

Ibrewish told LRC reporter that he cultivates a 3 dunums plot, and collects rain water at an agricultural pool. On the other hand, the room provides a resting place for him and a store for agricultural tools and properties.
In June 23rd, the occupation authorities issued halt of work order for the facilities on the pretext of building without a license , the owner with hopes prepared a legal file to object on the court’s decree.
