Description:
December 9th 2020 , the Israeli Occupation authorities issued halt of work notices for citizens in Aj-Juwaya east Yatta , on the pretext of building without a license.
About 11:00 am , a vehicle from the building and organization department in the civil administration , drove around the village , wrote notices , pasted them on the targeted structures then took pictures of them before withdrawing.
The Notices were issued by the civil administration, and entitled Halt – of- Work notice for structures , and set Dec 30th 2020 , as the date of the subcommittee session in Beit El military court to decide the fate of the structure.

Noteworthy, Aj-Juwaya area is located to the east Yatta , it is clear that the occupation Authorities intensively issue halt of work notices for the structures to stop Palestinian construction expansion , noting that the area was a strategic expansion location for (Baraka , Karmel, and Ma’in) villages. It is noteworthy, Aj-Juwaya is bordered by Ma’on colony to the west and bordered by bypass (356) at the east.
