The so-called Planning and Construction Committee- Israel Civil Administration raided on June 12, 2017 Nuwei'ma area and delivered the military stop-work order number (203093) for citizen Fiddiya Al-Zayed (62), targeting her four room under construction house (902). Noteworthy, the structure was supposed to be home for the owner's three member family.

In the same context the Planning and Construction Committee- Israel Civil Administration raided Al-Mu'arrajat area , west Jericho governorate and delivered the military stop-work order number (203095) for citizen Gibreel Mleihat, targeting his residential barrack (602) that is home for the owner's five member family including three children.

It should be noted that Israel's Occupation Forces claimed that the structures were "unlicensed" and were given a deadline until July 02, 2017 to complete all licensing procedures. This comes in time with the hearing session of the Planning and Construction Committee- Israel Civil Administration in the Israeli court of Beit El to discuss the status of the notified structures.
The Palestinian Jordan Valley "al-Ghour" is known for its abundance of pastures and water, not mentioning the beauty of its sceneries and unique nature. For Palestinians, al- Ghour is the Palestine gate to the east.
Since 1967 , the Israeli occupation worked day and night to take over al- Ghour area and its natural resources in all possible ways ; even those that contradict with human rights. Thus, it declared the whole area (720,000 dunums) as the eastern border with Jordan. Minister of Labor Yegal Alon once said: “In order for the integration between the safety of the country and its "Jewishness" , the Jordan river must be drawn as the eastern border of Israel”.
To achieve that, the occupation transformed vast areas into military training camps (400,000 dunums) and established 97 military base. In addition to that, pastoral areas nearby Bedouin communities were made into landmines fields, leaving Bedouins; especially kids under imminent danger.
