September 4, 2011: Israeli settlers from the Illegal Israeli settlement of Susiya (est.1983, pop. 792), located southeast of Yatta town south of Hebron Governorate, stationed in the lands owned by the local residents Shihdeh Mohammad ‘Ali Nawa’jeh, ‘Ali Ahmad Nawa’jeh and Ahmad Khalil Nawa’jeh, where the settlers released their sheep herd (about 300) on the lands causing the destruction of more than 250 olive trees in the land.

September 5, 2011: horde of Israeli settlers set fire to the Palestinian agriculture lands (cultivated with olive) south of Burin village, located south of the city of Nablus.

September 5, 2011: Israeli settlers from the Illegal Israeli settlement of Betar ‘Illit west of Bethlehem Governorate (est.1985, pop. 36,400), released the sewage water from the settlement into the lands of the Palestinian nearby village of Nahalin where more than 50 dunums of agriculture lands cultivated with fruits trees and grapevines were ruined completely.

September 10, 2011: Six Israeli settlers from an Israeli settlement’s outpost near Qasra village southeast of Nablus city stormed the Palestinian fields of Qasra and uprooted about 40 olive trees.

September 10, 2011: Israeli settlers fromthe settlement of Susiya in Yatta town south of Hebron Governorate set fire to a residential tent owned by the local resident Jihad Mohammad Ahmad An-Nawa’jeh while he and his 5 family members were sleeping.

September 12, 2011: Israeli settlers from the Israeli settlement of Karmi Tzur located south of the town of Beit Ummar north of Hebron Governorate (est.1984, pop. 757) , attacked Palestinians’ land located on the southern part to the settlement owned by the local resident Ahmad Mahmoud Nouh and uprooted 170 fruit trees.

September 17, 2011: a horde of 15 Israeli settlers attacked agriculture fields nearby the evacuated Israeli settlement of Homesh south of Jenin Governorate and set fire to the lands under the protection of the Israeli Army Forces.

September 18, 2011: The Israeli settlers razed and leveled Palestinians’ lands to construct new colonial road at a renowned archeological site (with Roman ruins and remnants of an Islamic mosque) in Susiya area south of the town. Mr. Ratib Jabbour, member of the local popular committee against the Wall and settlements indicated that the new road will stretch for 2 km through lands owned by the local families of Al-Harini, Jabbour, and Maghnim, ravaging 10 dunums of lands. It’s worth mentioning that the aforementioned archeological site in Susiya was taken over by the Israelis some 30 years ago.

September 18, 2011: Israeli settlers installed a new Illegal outpost on the hills located between Ramallah and Jericho Governorates, where a group of Israeli settlers installed five caravans and water tank in the area adjacent to Nab’ Al-Fawwar near Al-Khan Al-Ahmar junction. Residents of the area indicated that the Israeli settlers installed the outpost in early August, and several Israeli families have been living there in the outpost since.

September 19, 2011: Israeli settlers from the settlement of Revava ( est. 1991, pop. 1075) northwest of Salfit Governorate uprooted more than 500 olive and fruit trees in Wadi Idries area west of Deir Istiya village owned by Najwa Zidan from Deir Istiya, and Harb Ma’rouf ‘Atallah Rayyan from the nearby village of Qarawet Bani Hassan.

September 19, 2011: hordeof Israeli settlers from the settlement of Yetzhar (est. 1983, pop. 864) south of Nablus Governorate set fire to 180 dunums of lands cultivated with olive, fruits and almond trees in Khallet Az-Zaneh area, which is located in the northwestern parts of ‘Inabous village south of Nablus.

September 20, 2011: horde of Israeli settlers set fire to 90 dunums of lands cultivated with olive trees located at the northeastern part entrance of Qalqilya Governorate at the northwestern parts of the West Bank.

September 21, 2011: Israeli settlersfrom the settlement of Mevo Dotan (est. 1978, pop. 333), set fire to Palestinian agriculture lands in Ya’bod village southwest of Jenin Governorate at the northern parts of the West Bank.

September 21, 2011: Israeli settlers from Kiryat Arba’ (est.1972, pop. 7226) set fire to agriculture lands in Al-Bweira area south of Hebron city and adjacent to the aforementioned settlement.

September 22, 2011: Israeli settlers from the settlement of ‘Ofra (est. 1975 , pop.2735) northwest Ramallah Governorate, set fire to the Palestinian agriculture lands in Deir Jarir village north of Ramallah and adjacent to the aforementioned settlement, ruining dozens of olive and fruit trees owned by the local families : Baker ‘Ammar, Ghaleb ‘Ammar and ‘Id ‘Alawi.

September 22, 2011: Israeli settlers from Yetzhar settlement south of Nablus Governorate attacked the Palestinian agriculture lands in Madama village south of the city of Nablus and uprooted 60 olive trees owned by the local resident Abdel-Rahman Qasem Nassar.

September 23, 2011: horde of Israeli settlers from Yetzhar settlement south of Nablus Governorate, set fire to 10 dunums of agriculture lands owned by the local residents of Huwwara village.

September 29, 2011: horde of Israeli settlers from the settlement of Shm’a (est. 1985, pop 376) south of Hebron Governorate attacked the Palestinian agriculture lands in Al-Dahriya village south west of Hebron and uprooted 55 olive trees owned by the local residents.

September 30, 2011: Israeli settlers from Yetzhar settlement in Nablus governorate destroyed the water pipes attached to the local spring used by the residents of Madama village south of the city of Nablus for agricultural purposes.

October 1, 2011 : Israeli settlers from Yetzhar settlement south of Nablus Governorate, set fire to dozens of agriculture lands cultivated with olive trees nearby the villages of Huwwara and ‘Awarta south of the city of Nablus.

October 6, 2011: Herd of Israeli settlers uprooted about 200 olive trees in Qasra village southeast of Nablus city, owned by the residents: Fathallah Mahmoud Abo Rieda (100 trees), Ghassan Tawfiq Hasan (45 trees), Rizeq Allah Mahmoud Abu Rieda (25 trees) and Abdel Hamid Tawfiq Hasan (22 trees).

October 7, 2011: Israeli settlers from the settlement of Ramat Shlomo nearby the Jerusalemite neighborhood of Shu’fat north of the city of Jerusalem, set fire to dozens of olive trees in a durum of land owned by the families of Dar Issa and Abu Khdeir.

October 9, 2011: Herd of Israeli settlers from Yetzhar settlement south of Nablus Governorate attacked the Palestinian olive harvesters in their lands in ‘Awarta village south of the city of Nablus.

October 9, 2011: Israeli settlers from Alon Moreh settlement (est. 1979, pop. 1354) northeast of Nablus city attacked the Palestinian agriculture lands in Deir Al Hatab village located south of the aforementioned settlement, and uprooted more than 50 olive trees owned by the local residents of the village.

October 10, 2011: Israeli settlers from the settlement of Alon Moreh attacked the Palestinian olive harvesters in their lands in ‘Azmout village northeast of the city of Nablus.

October 11, 2011: Israeli settlers from Bitar ‘Illit settlement west of Bethlehem Governorate set fire in Palestinian agriculture lands in Nahalin (35 trees were burned).

Article 3 in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights reads that: states that ‘everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person’.

Article 53 & 147 of Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 that ‘any destruction by the Occupying power of real or personal property belonging individually or collectively to private persons, or to the State, or other public authorities or social or cooperative organizations is prohibited, except where such destruction is rendered absolutely necessary by military operations.’

Article 23 of The Hague Convention, which provides that: ‘it forbidden to destroy or seize the enemy’s property, ‘unless such destruction or seizure be imperatively demanded by the necessities of war’.
