This report highlights the events concerning colonizing activities in the West Bank and Gaza that occurred between the months of November and January. The report describes and evaluates those events and their effects on the Palestinian community. The report also tries to predict the repercussions expected in the future as a result of those events.

For background information on Jerusalem click here. Field workers documented the following violations in the Jerusalem area between the months of November and January 2001:
- The Israeli forces prohibited Palestinians from celebrating the Christmas through increasing its checkpoints on roads leading to Jerusalem. They intensify the presence of various patrols on the main roads. The stopped the cars and forced people to drop down to check their identity documents. They detained many of them and prevented them from going to Jerusalem and Bethlehem.
- Jewish extremists threatened of destroying Alharam Al-Shareef in organized demonstration they had in the first week of the January. The call for building the claimed Temple on the place of Alaqsa mosque. They raised racism slogans against Palestinians. Sunday Times newspaper refereed to statements of the Israeli chief of intelligence warning of the risks of these calls.
- The Israeli Parliament (Keneset) approved in the third reading on 1/1/2001 a resolution presented by a Likud party member to emphasize the Israeli rejection for Palestinian refugees right of return to their homeland. This new law prevented the Israeli Government from approving any agreement involving the Palestinian refugees to their homeland in Israel without having an absolute majority from the Israeli Keneset members.
- The Israeli forces continuing the siege of the holy city and blocking all the roads leading to this city. The military patrols where deployed everywhere. The colonialists conducted provocative demonstrations and aggressions against the properties of Palestinian residents in the Old city especially in Bab El-Wad and Bab Alsilsilah suburbs.
- The Israeli Supreme Court discussed on 2/1/2001 in its third session the suit of the Center of Citizen Social Rights of the Orient House against the offices of Israeli Ministry of Interior because of it discrimination policy against Palestinians. On the same day, the Supreme Court decided to give the offices of Israeli Ministry of Interior 60 day to reduce the suffering of Palestinian and conduct some measures proposed previously without implementation. The same situation is applicable to handling of Israeli National Insurance institutions of Palestinian people affairs.
- On 3/1/200, the Society of Citizen Rights presented an appeal to the Israeli Supreme Court against the closure of the cities and villages' entrances with cement blocks and soil piles. The purpose of this isolation is to destroy the Palestinian economy and obstruct the health and educational services. This represents a severe violation of Palestinian human rights in the occupied territories; click for more.
- On January 8th , 2001, the human right institutions (The Arab Institution for Human Rights, Society of Human Rights and Adalah Institution) presented a report to the official Israeli Inquiry Committee formed to investigate the killing of 13 Palestinians in Al-Jalil and Almuthalath during Alaqsa uprising. This report indicates that the Israeli police shot intentionally the Palestinian demonstrators without being exposed to risk as the police sources claimed. The reported pointed out the duplicity standards in handling the Jewish and Arab demonstrations. The Israeli police forces have never use the live or rubber bullets in confronting Jewish demonstrations.
- The Israeli occupation authorities continued on 6/1/2001 the digging of large tunnel started at the southern site of Alaqsa mosque. The Mayor of Um Al-Fahim City, Sheich Raid Salah, indicated that he walked about 100 m inside this tunnel and didn't reach the end of excavation. Behind this digging are 120 Jewish groups working to rebuild the so called Sulaiman Temple in the place of Alaqsa mosque. Out of these groups, there are 25 aiming to destroy Alaqsa mosque.
- On 7/1/2001, the Israeli forces transferred five border checkpoints inside the West Bank in a depth ranging from hundreds of meters to a few kilometers.
- The Palestinian Health Minister announced that the number of Alaqsa Uprising martyrs reached 393, and the number of casualties is 21,900. Of the injured 12,574 were inserted to hospitals. The shots were 20% in chest, 20% in the stomach, 18% in the head and 42% in the hands and legs. The percentage of injured of less than 18 years old is 47, 41% of them shot with live bullets, 35% shot with metallic bullets coated with rubber. The rhythm of using heavy fire increases to 20%. Four doctors and persons working in the health sector were killed; the last of them is Dr. Abed Al-Hameed Al-Lkhartoumi which was killed after being arrested from his home in Al-Mughraqa close to Nitsarim settlement on January 7th, 2000.
- Thousand of Israeli religious people demonstrated on 8/1/20001 in the Old City of Jerusalem against any concessions in Jerusalem.
- The Israeli occupation forces imposed a curfew on Dahiyat Al-Barid and Alram suburbs north of Jerusalem on 15/1/2001. The soldiers stormed the houses of Palestinians adjacent to Al-Nabi Yaqub settlement and arrested more than 10 people.
- On 19/1/2001, the Israeli police extended the detention of a Palestinian from Qalandia, 37 years old, arrested at the central bus station, claiming that he had a knife.
- 24/1/2001: the Israeli intelligence and police tortured Amneh Jawad, 25 years old at Al-Muskubiyah detention center claiming that she was involved in killing the Israel;I Ofir Rahom.
- On 23rd of January, the Israeli police and municipality guards stormed the sites of portable commercial sites in Jerusalem in Bab Al-Ammod and Sultan Sulaiman street. They destroyed their material and confiscated others and issue bills for them. The police stopped hundreds of cars claiming that they do not have the legal documents.
- On 24/1/2001, Ma'rif newspaper mentioned that the Israeli regional planning and urbanization committee will discuss the issue of expanding the plans and buildings in Jabal Abu Ghnaim settlement 'Har Homa' which was started three years ago.
- On 22/1/2001, the Israeli forces launched an arrest campaign in Shu'at refugee camp. They did night house investigation terrifying women and children. The same thing happened in Beit Surik Northwest of Jerusalem. Residents said that colonialists from Giv'at Zeev settlement participated in this campaign.

- On 27/1/2001, the weekly Yaroshalym mentioned that the Israeli Ministry of transportation decided to establish an underground tunnel called 'Eshkol Tunnel' passing under road number 1 staring from mount Scopus and ending near the governmental collection in Sheich Jarrah.
- On 29/1/20001, the siege of Jerusalem and its complete isolation raised the prices of agricultural products.
- The Israeli Archeological Authority transferred archeological pieces from the Palestinian Gallery in occupied Jerusalem in closed containers. This is an organized stealing process under tight security measures as they did in Sabastya and under Alharam Alshareef.

- Israeli occupation forces bulldozed large areas of agricultural land along the border fence near the junction leading to Muraj settlement, which separates between the governorates of Rafah and Khan Yunis. The total area of the destroyed land is 70 dunums covered with green houses and other trees. The land was bulldozed to build a road between the settlement of Muraj and the settlement of Gush Qattif; click for more.

- Muraj colonialists blocked the road of Um Al- Qureis linking between the governeorates of Rafah, Gaza and Khan Yunis with cement blocks and barbed wires and piles of sand. This act led to the confiscation of 15 dunums of land owned by people from the families of Tahir and Abu- Jazer. The land is cultivated with olive trees, almonds, and other forest trees.

- Israeli forces bulldozed 450 dunums of land cultivated with olive, citrus, fig and Mango trees in addition to green houses cultivated with tomatoes, cucumbers and other vegetables. The destroyed land is located along the border fence from Al- Awdeh cross point in Rafah to Duhnieh cross point leading to the green line at the distance of three kilometers.
- Israeli bulldozers destroyed about 200 dunums of land cultivated with citrus, olive and almond trees along the main road of Al- Shuhada (Kesufim). The land is owned by members from the families of Abu- Hadaf, Al- Seimeri and Al-Agha.

- Israeli occupation forces started to expand the settlement of Dugheit north west of Beit Lahia from the northern and eastern sides after having confiscated adjacent land whose total area is 250 dunums. A six meter wide road was built around the settlement.

- Israeli occupation forces leveled about 50 dunums of agricultural land adjacent to Al- Awdeh cross point from the eastern direction of Rafah city uprooting hundreds of olive, citrus and fruit trees.
- Israeli occupation forces, also, leveled 715 dunums of agricultural land located at the ezstern side of Salah Eddin street linking between the northern and southern sectors of the Strip. The destroyed land is only 600 meters to the south of Kefar Darum settlement and 300 meters to the north of Kesufim junction. The affected land is cultivated with palm, olive, almond trees and vegetables owned by the families of Abu-Amra, Khatat, Abu _sarsur, Abu- Asad, Abu- AlHusein, Shahin, Baraka, Ja'farawi and Laham. Furthermore, the Israeli forces bulldozed 54 dunums of land located to the western side of Rafah crossing point. This act cut the water supply line to more than 300 Palestinian families who live in Al- Shuka quarters.

- Colonialists from Kefar Darum seized ten cabins belonging to the Municipality of Khan Yunis on the sea side in Al- Mawasi area. The cabins were repainted and annexed to the settlement. Three Palestinian homes and an Aluminum factory were also demolished in the same area.

- Israeli occupation forces bulldozed about 200 dunums of land near Ele Sinai settlement north of Beit Lahia. Part of the land is owned by Mr. Mamduh Shurafa (26 dunums) cultivated with olives, figs and strawberry, Mr. Ayman Sweilem (10 dunums) cultivated with Mango, Mr. Salah Khader (5 dunums) cultivated with lemon and oranges, and Mr. Faiz Nahal (7 dunums) cultivated with citrus trees.
- Israeli forces demolished 9 Palestinian houses near Al- Matahen junction north of Khan Yunis and bulldozed more than 300 dunums of land planted with fruitful trees.

Israeli forces continued to build a colonialist road from Shuhada junction to Al- Muntar crossing point destroying 35 dunums cultivated with olives.
Israeli forces bulldozed pieces of land east of Salah Eddin road causing the following damage:
1. 3 dunums covered with green houses
2. 10 dunums planed with olives owned by Mr. Mohammed Ab- Hadan
3. Destroying 120 square meters owned by Mr. Isma'el Sal- Safi
Furthermore, 20 dunums of land planted with citrus and olives were destroyed along the road between Al- Shuhada junction and Al- Muntar crossing point.
Another 70 dunums of land cultivated with olives and vegetables near Al- Matahen junction.
A 150 m2 house owned by Mr. Abed Al- Mu'ti Abu-Fiad was demolished . The house was inhabited by 4 people.
A 500 m2 house owned by Mr. Moahmmed Salim Breis was demolished. It was inhabited by 13 people.
A 145 m2 house owned by Mr. Naif Suleiman Al- Museib was demolished. It was used by 14 people before it destruction.
In Al- Qararah town, 25 dunums of land planted with olives.
A 90 house owned by Mr. Suleiman Salim Abu- Rizq was destroyed. 8 persons used to live in it.
40 dunums of cultivated land were bulldozed in Mawasi Khan Yunis adjacent to Neve Dekalim settlement.

- Mobile homes were set up by Israeli colonialists on over 150 dunums of Palestinian land in Deir Al- Balah.

- Israeli forces destroyed a fence of barbed wires separating between Gaza International Airport and Rafah crossing point.

- Israeli forces destroyed the grove of Mr. Zuhdi Khamis Abu- Amshe whose total area is 28 dunums cultivated with citrus trees. The financial losses are estimated at 180 000 JD.
- Israeli forces started to open a new bypass road leading to Nitsarim settlement through lands controlled by the Palestinian Authority.

- 22 dunums of agricultural land were bulldozed near Muraj junction owned by the families of Qishdeh, Sha'er. The destroyed land is planted with vegetables and 6 green houses with financial losses estimated at 10 000 $.

- 80 dunums of land were leveled near the industrial zone east of Gaza City.
- Military camps were erected at land bulldozed earlier near Beit Lahia. This land is owned by Mr. Maher Abu- Amshe. More than 1500 citrus trees were uprooted.

- 13 dunums were bulldozed in Al- Muntar owned by Mr. Yusif Malaka. The land was planted with vegetables. A pool, an irrigation network, a sprayer, a water pump and a generator were also destroyed.
- A store owned by Mr. Mohammed Yunis Malaka and a sewage system were destroyed . In addition, another store and a chicken farm owned by Mr. Abdulkareem Malaka were destroyed causing the death of many chicken and birds.
- 8 dunums of land cultivated with olives have been destroyed and their trees removed to Israel.

- Israeli colonialists set -up a new settlement near Nitsarim north of Khan Yunis.

- 8 dunums cultivated with citrus and olive trees and 4 dunums cultivated with cucumbers, tomatoes owned by Mr. Yusif Shanti from Beit Lahia were destroyed. A surface well and an agricultural store owned by Mr. Hassan Shanti were destroyed north of Dogheit settlement near Beit Lahia.
- 40 dunums cultivated with palm trees and owned by Mr. Sal Abu- Shamas were destroyed. The land is located near salah Eddin road close to Qush Qatif settlement
- 50 dunums of land were destroyed by Israeli army near Salah Eddin road leading to Qush Qatif settlement. The land was covered with green houses planted with different kinds of veg. As part of the destruction process, an irrigation system, a well and a water pump were also destroyed.
- Two homes and ten green houses were destroyed in Deir Al- Balah. 55 olive and palm trees were uprooted. The aforementioned properties are owned by two brothers: Khalil and Isma'el Bashir

- · Israeli army bulldozers began to open a new colonialist road north east of Deir Al- Balah linking between Kefar Darum settlement and its green houses. The road is about 800 meters long and 12 meters wide. 500 dunums of Palestinian owned land were destroyed as a result.
- · Israeli army forces destroyed the house of Mr. Fawzi Abu- Samrah near the yogurt factory north of Kefar Darum and uprooted a number of trees. A green house belonging to Mr. Jaber Abu Misbeh was also destroyed.
- · Israeli bulldozers destroyed about 300 olive and almond trees north of the village of Wadi Saqa, north east of Al- Qararah. The destroyed land is owned by the families of Abadleh, Abu- Khatab and Qidreh.

- · More than 300 dunums of land cultivated with potatoes and owned by the families of Al- Sha'er, Al- Agha and Tuheir were destroyed by the Israeli army.
- · A house belonging to Mr. Muteir Abu- Holi, 45 years old, was destroyed. The house was formed of 8 rooms inhabited by 14 persons and located near the main road leading to the settlement of Qush Qatif close to Al-Matahen junction.
- · 34 dunums of land were bulldozed near Deir Al Balah under the pretext of being close to Kefar Darum settlement.

- · Israeli occupation forces destroyed a well and uprooted more than 200 olive and palm trees owned by Mr. Abdel Qader Abu_Holi near Al-Matahen in Al-Qararah area.
- · 900 fruitful trees of different types were uprooted in Abu- Holi area north of Al-Qararah, in addition to the destruction of a water tank and an irrigation network. The total area destroyed is estimated at 20 dunums.

- · 90 dunums were bulldozed in Al-Mifraqa out looking the settlement of Nitsarim south of Gaza city.
- · Israeli occupation forces bulldozed 100 dunums of agricultural land in order to open a colonialist road between Qush Qatif and Salah Eddin road. 1600 fruitful trees of different kinds were uprooted during this act.

- Israeli occupation forces dug a deep trench along the new bypass road joining between Shuhada junction and the Armistice Line. The trench is 3 kilometers long and 100 meters wide.
- Israeli army continued to build a road east of Beit Hanun causing the destruction of dozens of citrus and olive trees.
- 6000 chicken were killed when their farms was destroyed. The following items were also destroyed in the farm:
1. 12 tons of hay and 6 tons of animal fodder
2. a store full of agricultural equipment
3. the wall of the farm and two bedrooms
4. two sprayers and the electricity network.
The financial losses is estimated at 100 000 $

Israeli forces bulldozed large areas of land starting from Sofa post destroying many chicken farms and green houses. The area destroyed is 2 kilometers long and 120 meters wide.

- Israeli colonialists from Muraj uprooted thousands of saplings in Um Al-Jerun area and stole irrigation pipes belonging to Mr. Mohammed Dhaeir.
- Israeli bulldozers leveled 70 dunums of land in Deir Al Balah area owned by the family of Sai'deh uprooting 250 palm trees, 420 olive trees. 20 dunums covered with green houses planted with veg were also destroyed.
- 4 homes were demolished in Wadi Salaqa and Deir Al- Balah at the hands of the Israeli army. 300 olive trees were also damaged.

- · 200 dunums of olive trees were destroyed in Deir Al- Balah
- · 300 dunums cultivated with veg were destroyed north of Beit Lahia near the settlement of Dogheit
- · 70 dunums of olive trees in Deir Al- Balah and a number of green houses owned by the family of Said were destroyed. They are located near the settlement of Kefar Darum.
- · A cow farm owned by Mr. Sami Sha'fut and two chicken farms belonging to Mr. Yusif Sawafiri and Mr. Salman Abed El- Al were destroyed at the hands of the Israeli forces. They are located in north of Beit Lahia near the settlement of Dogheit.
- · 6 wells were destroyed north of Beit Lahia previously used for irrigating many green houses.
- · Israeli occupation forces uprooted 5 dunums of agricultural land east of Tel Zu'rub (Rafah) owned by Mr. Ziad Shehdeh Zu'rub (42 years old). The destroyed land included a 1.5 dunum of green houses cultivated with tomatoes. 50 olive trees, 12 palm trees were destroyed. A sprayer, an irrigation network and a water pump were also destroyed.
- · Israeli bulldozers destroyed 10 houses near Dogheit settlement.

- 200 dunums of land cultivated with fruits and vegs, 13 wells and 15 huts used by farmers were destroyed in Beit Lahia area with the aim of expanding the settlement of Dogheit.

- Israeli bulldozers started to bulldoze the land adjacent to the armistice line east of Rafah beginning from the crossing point of Dahnieh village to Sofa crossing point. 20 dunums of land cultivated with vegs and fruit trees were destroyed. Water pumping machine, irrigation networks, and two green houses were aslo destroyed.

- · 500 tons of tomatoes supposed to be exported to Saudia Arabia got rotten as a result of the Israeli closure. The total financial losses are estimated at 70 000 $.

- · The devastation of 6 dunums cultivated with strawberry and owned by Mr. Akram Khudeir as well as the destruction of a store loaded with agricultural material.
- · The destruction of 25 dunums of land cultivated with vegs and owned by Mr. Salah Abu- Halimeh including 3 green houses and the demolition of a house with a total area of 120 m2
- · The devastation of 13 dunums cultivated with vegs and owned by Mr. Ahmad Shanti. His 200 m2 house was also destroyed.
- · The devastation of 10 dunums cultivated with vegs and owned by Mr. Zuhdi Abu- Amsheh. His 180 m2 house and well were also destroyed.

- · Israeli soldiers opened fire at a farm owned by Mr. Amera Salim near Muraj settlement north of Rafah killing 50 sheep and injuring others. The total losses are estimated at 15 000 JD.
- · Israeli forces continued to bulldoze and destroy land near the village of Beit Lahia and the following damage was caused:
- · The devastation of 120 dunums cultivated with vegs and belong to the families of Rihan, Tafish and Zandah, as well as the destruction of a store loaded with several tons agricultural material.
- · Groups of Israeli colonialists stormed the tourist beach area west of Khan Yunis destroying and stealing their contents.
- · Israeli army bulldozers destroyed a house, a well and agricultural land owned by the family of Abu- Safieh.
- · 100 dunums of land cultivated with vegs and strawberry were destroyed near Beit Lahia.

- 200 dunums of land covered with green houses and cultivation were devastated in Wadi Salaqa north of Qarara. The house of Mr. Abdel Mujeep Abu-Mugheisib was destroyed as well.

- 50 dunums of land in Wadi Salaqa in Beit Lahai were destroyed and 200 almond trees uprooted. The land is owned by Mr. Mohammed Abu- Mugheisib. Another 20 dunums cultivated with wheat were also bulldozed in the same area.

- 15 dunums of land owned by Mr. Abdallah hagin and cultivated with palm trees, grapes and citrus were destroyed at the hands of the Israeli army. Two farms, one for sheep and the other for rabbits were also demolished in addition to a well.

- · Israeli army seized the house of Mr. Sa'id Qidreh north of Qarara near Shuhada street and a military post was set-up there surrounded with piles of dirt.
- · 300 dunums cultivated with forest trees owned by the Palestinian Ministry of Housing and a number of citizens were leveled. The area is located west of Ele Sinai settlement close to beit Lahia.

- Israeli army bulldozers opened a 1 kilometer long colonialist road joining between the settlement of Kefar Darum and its green houses. The road was build on land owned by citizens from Deir Al- Balah, including Mr. Sai'd Azaizeh who lost 10 dunums of his land.

- – Israeli colonialists attacked the area of Mawasi in Khan Yunis vandalizing homes and properties. 5 homes which belong to the following persons were set on fire: Mr. Ibraheem Najar, Mr. Awad Najar, Mr. Abdallah Najar, Mr. Ibraheem Sha'er, and Mr. hassan Sha'er. Dozens of green houses owned by the following persons were destroyed: Mr. Abdulhamid Najar, Mr. Hafiz Najar, Mr. Hamadeh Najar, Mr. Yunis Najar. Two tractors were also burned. The Israeli occupation forces cut-off water and electricity from that area.
- – Israeli occupation forces seized a factory for the production of cement blocks near the settlement of Kefar Darum and changed it to a military post. The factory is owned by Mr. Ahmad AFifi.

- · Israeli colonialists attacked Palestinian citizens in Mawasi Khan Yunis destroying tow green houses and 100 dunums of land owned by the families of Salqawi and Abu- Khusa. The destroyed land was planted with quava and citrus.
- · Israeli colonialists set-up a colonialists core at Al- Mawasi beach by erecting 4 mobile homes after a body of an Israeli colonialist was found there.

- Israeli forces opened a new colonialists road north of Mawasi Khan Yunis linking between Qush Qatif and Tel Qatifeh settlements. The Israeli occupation forces also expanded the colonialist road along the sea shore joining between Kefar Darum and Tel Qatifeh.

- · 200 dunums of cultivated land in Khan Yunis area were destroyed in addition to uprooting 200 palm and quava trees owned by citizens from Qararah village.
- · 14 dunums in Mawasi Khan Yunis palnted with quava were bulldozed. They are owned by Mr. Sofian Abadleh and his brothers.

- Israeli bulldozers continued to destroy about 200 dunums of land cultivated with forest trees north of Beit Lahia with the aim of annexing them to Ele Sinai settlement.

- · Israeli army occupied a cement block factory in Mawasi Khan Yunis and changed it to a military post. The factory is owned by Mr. Taha Buhaisi who confirmed that the Israeli forces have seized or destroyed its contents. !5 laborers have lost their jobs as a result of this action.
- · Israeli forces continued to bulldoze hundreds of dunums of forest trees east of Ele Sinai settlement north of Beit Lahia.

- · Israeli bulldozers went on destroying Palestinian land in Qararah north of Khan Yunis causing damage to 10 dunums and uprooting 150 citrus and palm trees which belong to Mr. Ummer Abadleh and his cousin Radawn Abadleh.
- · Israeli forces opened a side road starting from Mawasi Khan Yunis up to Deir Al- Balah causing damage to dozens of dunums of land. Palestinian citizens were also prevented from entering their land.
- · Israeli forces continued to bulldoze and uproot trees west of Dogheit settlement near Beit Lahia. As part of this action, 60 dunums of forest land and 40 dunums of orange groves which belong to Mr. Elias Riman, Mr. Talal Riman and Mr. Isma'el Ali were destroyed.

- · 30 dunums of land cultivated with potatoes and owned by Mr. Rizeg Al-Sha'er in Qizan Najar area near the settlement of Muraj south of Khan Yunis were destroyed.
- · Israeli bulldozers uprooted 500 quava trees, 250 olive trees and 250 palm trees in Mawasi Khan Yunis area which are owned by Mr. Sa'id Abed Abadleh. Two irrigation pools in addition to the irrigation system were destroyed as well. 10 dunums cultivated with potatoes and owned by Mr. Sha'ban Radawn Abadleh were vandalized. As a total, the destruction process in Mawasi area has resulted in leveling mote than 600 dunums of land and uprooting 15 thousands trees (olive, palm and quava) and devastating 30 wells and 50 green houses.
- · Israeli forces continued to destroy the land of Mr. Jalal Musader, east of Mawasi causing damage to green houses and trees.

Hundreds of olive and citrus trees were uprooted in Qararah as part of the devastation process carried out by Israeli bulldozers in that area.

Israeli bulldozers destroyed agricultural land in Beit Lahia causing the following damage:
- 10 green houses built over 10 dunums of land owned by Mr. Baker Abu- Halimeh.
- A piece of land cultivated with vegs and owned by Mr. Nazir Muhana.
- The demolition of three homes owned by Mr. Ibraheem Mughrabi and Mr. Ibraheem Hamadah. An irrigation well was destroyed to Mr. Hamadeh after he had spent 50 000 JD to build it.
- Israeli colonialists from Kefar Yam set fire to 4 tourist cabins in Mawsi Khan Yunis
- vast areas of agricultural land was carried out in Sheik Iglin south of Gaza City cultivated with grapes and owned by the family of Samlakh.
- Colonialists from Qush Qatif vandalized a number of homes and vin yards in mawasi Khan Yunis which belong to mr. Moahmmed Abdel Mmajeed Al-Astal (35 years old), Ibraheem Abdel Mmajeed Al-Astal (41 years old), Mamud Rabe' (30 years old)and Sa'id Ahmad Al- Satel (33 years old). Israeli army bulldozers went on destroying dozens of dunums belonging to the families of Abadleh, Najar, Zu'rub and Sha'er.

- 50 dunums of land cultivated with olive and quava trees were destroyed in Beit Lahia near Dogheit settlement. It is owned by Mr. Nazir Muhana from Beit Lahia.

- · 20 dunums of land cultivated with potatoes and olive trees were destroyed near the settlement of Muraj. The destroyed land is owned by Mr. Abdel Najar and Moahmmed Tilbas. 15 dunums cultivated with palm trees and olives and owned by Mr. Mahdi Al- Masri were destroyed and 50 olive trees, 30 palm trees were uprooted. 4 dunums cultivated with potatoes and agricultural equipment were also destroyed in the attack.
- · Israeli forces continued their devastation processes against Palestinian land in Beit Lahia including the construction of a two kilometers colonialist road between the settlements of Ele Sinai and Dogheit. More than 1000 dunums of agricultural land, and dozens of homes and wells were destroyed so far in that area.
