The area of Khirbet Al-Himmeh is banned , by the occupation, from reconstructing what has been demolished in there. Not only, the occupation confiscates the humanitarian aids donated by any type of organizations. This step is undertaken by the occupation to push Palestinians out of the area so it becomes available for colonial expansion plans.

Al-Himmeh hamlet is only 500m away from Bardala village. The hamlet populates 76 people who fully depend on agriculture as main source of income. Few hundred meters from the hamlet, Salit colony is active in establishing a new outpost. Electricity and water are being provided to the new outpost as a step to expand on the land and take more areas over.

It should be marked that Land Research Center documented around 26 cases of houses and structures demolition in Khirbet Al-Himmeh during 2016.
