On December 17, 2012, the Israeli Occupation so-called Civil Administration prevented Mahmoud and Musallam Ibead from plowing their lands. Naser abu Ibead, a one of the victims’ son, said: ‘my father and uncle were plowing the 100 dunum-field located in Haribet al Nabi area. Meanwhile, an Israeli Police patrol showed up and left.

 

Moments later, an Israeli Army patrol accompanied by officers of the so-called Civil Administration and ordered them to leave the lands immediately.’ He said that two years ago, a colonist of Susiya broke into the lands with over 200 goats ravaging all the plants. He pointed that the Israeli Occupation Authorities are preventing them from working in their lands in an attempt to force them to leave in order to pave the way for further colonial expansions.
