Preface:
As part of the Israeli colonial plans and imposing facts on the ground the head of the so-called Organization and Construction Committee announced the implementation of the regional plan number JS-15 which is concerned with the expansion of Nufim colony which overlooks Wadi Qana.

Implementation will begin 15 days after publishing.
Nazmi Salman, Deir Istiya Governor, stated: ‘the Israeli official or non-official bodies are competing on who to capture more Palestinian lands. Plans to use what remained of Wadi Qana for colonial expansion projects have already been put in place and this order is just the beginning. The order simply implies turning 80 dunums of Palestinian agricultural lands into colonial structures. ‘

9 Israeli colonies are located in and around Wadi Qana. These colonies control huge areas of lands, massive resources, and all of the water sources. 12 families farming citrus in Wadi Qana are forced to sleep under the trees to protect them from possible attacks as this is the only remaining productive site in the area; the rest were destroyed.
