The details:
The Israeli occupation authorities targeted the homes and agricultural facilities of citizens in the Al-Jawaya area, east of Yatta, in the south of Hebron governorate, with demolition and removal orders and with notifications to stop work, under the pretext that they were built without a license, as they were built in the classified area “C” under full Israeli control.
At about ten in the morning, on Monday, May 23, 2022, a vehicle belonging to the occupation army, accompanied by another vehicle belonging to the so-called Civil Administration – Organization and Construction Department, raided the area, and toured between the homes of the citizens, and the so-called construction inspector signed the final demolition orders and stuck them on the targeted houses., while notifying the suspension of work in another.
First – Final orders to stop work and demolish: in which the occupation authorities ordered to stop work on the threatened buildings and demolish them within (7 days), and threatened if the owner did not demolish them during this period, to take it upon themselves to demolish them and incur the costs of the operation on the owner. The buildings of each of the:
1- Citizen Ziad Jibril Al-Nawaja: He received two demolition orders No. (621641) and (621640) targeting a 70 ²m finished house built of bricks and tin-roofed, in addition to a 6 m² brick and tin bathroom.

2 – Citizen Yousef Mahmoud Nawaja’a: He received the demolition order No. 621642, which targets his house, which is still in the construction phase, and has an area of (170 m²), and a family of 6 people, including 4 children, is scheduled to live in it.

Second – Citizen Yousef Mahmoud Al- Nawaja’a: He received the demolition order No. 621642, which targets his house, which is still in the construction phase, and has an area of (170 m²), and a family of 6 people, including 4 children, is scheduled to live in it.

Third – A notification to remove a new building: It targeted an agricultural room, an agricultural water well, and a metal fence made of barbed wire on the lands of Ghassan Dhaher Talab Abu Tabikh, who received the notification number (20467).
In its notification, the occupation authorities demanded the demolition of what the owner has built and the return of the land to its previous condition within 96 hours, and threatened to demolish and remove it after this period.
This notification is targeted to:
- An agricultural room made of bricks and roofed with tin, with an area of 20 m², built a year ago to store equipment.
- A used water collection well: It has a capacity of (100 m³) to irrigate some seedlings in a plot of land of (25 dunums).
- A metal fence of barbed wire surrounding the plot (25 dunums).
