Sunday, February 24th 2022, The Israeli Occupation Authorities issued a final demolition order for two agricultural structures, belong to citizen Mu’taz Da’ana , on the pretext of building without a license in Khalayil Al-Mughrabi south Hebron.
The affected citizen found the demolition order hanged on one of the rooms , numbered (62069) , issued by the civil administration – the building and organization department, the occupation authorities order the immediate halt of work and demolishing what was built in 7 day , and threatened in case the owner did not carry out the demolition , the occupation forces will demolish the structures and make the owner pay all the costs.

The affected citizen pointed out that the demolition order targets two room he had built at the plot, one of them has a total area of (15 m2) built of bricks , and the other one composes of a metal body with a total area of 10 m2, used as a resting place and a store for agricultural tools.
Da’ana’s plot is planted with fruitful trees , that are used by his family of (7 members) , among them 5 children and 3 females.
In October 4th 2021, the occupation authorities served halt of work notices for the two rooms, on the pretext of building without a license, the owner then prepared the legal file to apply for a license , and hired a lawyer to submit an objection . The Occupation Authorities, refused the license application and issued a demolition notice.
Khallet Al-Mughrabi is located to the south of Hebron governorate , overviews Yatta city (west bypass 356) , the occupation authorities prohibit construction in the area , to keep it as a reserve for colonial expansion.
