Thursday, July 8th 2021, the Occupation authorities issued a notice of demolition for Ad-Deirat Cemetery east Yatta south Hebron. In addition, the Occupation Forces confiscated two excavators.
First: Demolition Order for a Cemetery:
People of Ad-Deirat village received a final demolition order for graves recently added in a new cemetery east the village, the notice is numbered (61055) and obligates people to demolish the cemetery in 7 days, or otherwise the occupation authorities will carry out the demolition and make them pay all the costs.

Second: Confiscating two excavators:
Citizen Gebril Al-‘Adra said that the occupation authorities confiscated two excavators without a convincing excuse.
Al-‘Adra pointed out that the excavators were operating in the rehabilitation of a plot that belong to citizen Mohammed Al-‘Amour nearby Ad-Deirat village , and they were surprised of an Israeli force raiding the area, stopping the excavations and forcing the driver to drive them to “Bani Hevar” illegal colony.

The Occupation Authorities drove behind the excavators to the colony, then forced the drivers to park inside its area of control and leave the location, then they gave them a written notice entitled “Confiscation Notice”.

Noteworthy, Confiscating the excavators will affect both the owner, and Al-‘Amour who was rehabilitating the plot.
In case the owner wanted them back, the occupation authorities usually impose a high fine in return.
