The Israeli Occupation Authorities issued 6 stop-work orders against houses in Surif on the pretext of no construction permit. An Israeli force broke into ‘Deir al Nil’ area on February 13, 2012 and served the residents 4 orders; two other orders were handed the next day.
The owners of the first 4 residences said that they assigned Alaa Mahajna, an attorney of law, to stand up for them in Israeli Courts which decided to postpone the case for two more months.
