Violation: notifying 11 residential tents, poultry farm, and a electricity network
Date: 18/11/2013
Location: Bardala/ Tubas governorate
Perpetrators: the Civil Administration of the Israeli occupation
Victims: 6 Bedouin families from Bardala
Details:
On November 18th 2013, the so-called Civil Administration of the Israeli occupation served stop work orders on residential and agricultural structures( made of wood and cloth shades) that are owned by 6 Bedouin families under the pretext of unlicensed construction within area classified C according to Oslo Accords. It is indicated that the families reside in the northeastern side of Bardala village, more specifically 2km to the north and 1km south of Beesan military checkpoint.
It should be marked that the aforementioned families moved from Tubas and resided in Bardala where they leased more than 300 dunums for the sake of cultivating them with vegetables and field crops. Ever since that, the occupation invested all efforts to harass residents to make their lives miserable.

The occupation set December 1st as a final date to complete all licensing procedures, which the occupation does not abide with as a matter of fact. This comes in time with the session of the Planning Committee on the court of Beit El to consider the legality of the structures.
Besides that, the Israeli army notified a electricity network that provides power to the whole Bedouin community. The network consists of 21 poles providing the power from Bardala to the community. The following table shows information about the targeted structures:
