Violation: serving demolition order

Details:
The Israeli occupation authorities on January26, 2014 served stop-work and demolition orders on two residential tents and a barrack( used for animal husbandry) in the area of Khirbet al-Tabban in Yatta village. The order came under the pretext of unlicensed construction.
Israeli army accompanied with the Civil Administration raided the area and left the orders by the structures.
It should be marked that the compelled termination of work and demolition of what has been so far built with The chairman of Masafer Yatta Protection Committee pointed out that a patrol from the in a deadline period of 7 days. If not implemented, the Israeli authorities will carry out the demolition and costs will be imposed on owners. The threatened structures belong to the following:
- The structure of Samir Hamamdeh : two residential tents, in which Hamamdeh's 8 member family lives . Each tent totals 40m2 in area; the tents were set up in 2011.
The Israeli occupation authorities served on December 02, 2014 served a stop-work order on those tents claiming them unlicensed construction. Resident at time sought help from attorney Shlomo Laker to object the orders in the Israeli courts. Noteworthy, residents alo sought the same attorney to object the latest orders.

- The structure of Mahmoud I'beid : a metal slaps barrack that was established in 2014. Noteworthy, the barrack is about 90m2 in area.
The Israeli occupation authorities served on December 02, 2014 served a stop-work order on the aforementioned barrack claiming them unlicensed construction. The owner at time sought help from attorney Shlomo Laker to object the orders in the Israeli courts. Today, the occupation authority came to serve a final demolition order on the barrack.
