The occupation set the second of September as the building and organization session in Beit El court to decide the fate of the structure.
One of the affected Mohammad Qadeh (63 years) told LRC reporters:
“I was shocked when the occupation served me a halt of work order on the pretext of building without licenses, noteworthy; I inherited the plot where the structure is built from my father. Once I received a notice, I prepared a legal file and applied it to the Jerusalem Legal Aid and Human Rights Center, the construction cost about 70,000 NIS , and I live with my family in constant fear.”
Noteworthy , the occupation already demolished residential and agricultural facilities in Shaqba early April 2018 , which affected the lives of five families from the village , in addition to several notices were served.
