Date: December 06, 2015
Location: Beit Ummar- Hebron
Perpetrators: Israel Civil Administration and army
Victims: citizens from the area
Details:
The Israeli Occupation Authorities on December 06, 2015 served stop-work orders on four residences in Beit Ummar on the claim of unlicensed construction.
Residents of the area asserted that a vehicle relative to Israel Civil Administration accompanied by an army patrol raided the areas of Wadi Al-Arab and Shu’ub Quns and hung the orders on the walls of the houses. The Patrol took photos of the place before they had left, witnesses said. The order said that the structures were built before acquiring proper permits and that a hearing session will be held in Beit El Military Court on December 27, 2015 to decide on whether to demolish the structure or return to the status quo.
