- Location: Al Mufqara town- East Yatta- Hebron governorate..
- Date: November 5, 2018
- Perpetrators: The Israeli occupation civil administration.
- Victims: people of Al-Mufqara town.
Description:
Israeli occupation authorities served on November 5, 2018 final demolition orders on four residences in Al- Mufqara town on the claim of them being built without a proper license.
Residents of the area asserted that a vehicle relative to the so-called Israel Civil Administration accompanied by a Police patrol raided the area known as Al-Mufqara town, hanged the orders on the targeted houses and took photographs of them before the force withdrew.
The affected were given a seven day deadline to demolish the structures. If the citizens fail to implement the demolition by themselves, Israeli Occupation Forces will carry out the operation and all expenses will be billed to the affected.
It should be marked that Israeli Occupation Forces served on May 27, 2018 a stop-work order on the targeted structure. At time, citizens prepared the legal files to license their structure and object to the served order in Israel courts. Eventually, the occupation authorities served a final demolition order on the structure.
The targeted houses belong to the following people:
- Villager No’man Hamadeh, received a final demolition order for an inhabitd room (40 m2) and inhabited by 4 family members, 2 of them are children.
