Details:
Israeli occupation authorities served on March 27, 2016 a stop-work order on equipments yard relative to Al-Buttran construction company in Idhna village, west Hebron city on the claim of "unlicensed construction".
The company's manager, Issa Al-Buttran, said that a vehicle from Israel Civil Administration and an army patrol arrived at the place, issued an order on the yard and took some photo of it before they had left.
The orders mentioned that the structure was "unlicensed" and ordered a halt on construction works. April 18, 2016 was assigned as the hearing session of the Inspection Sub-Committee in the Israeli court of Beit El colony to consider the status of the notified structure.

The Israeli occupation authorities also mentioned, through the order, the possibility to apply for a building license. Ironically, the order detailed that such a license will not be granted to the affected citizen.
It should be marked that the targeted area is a 1700m2 plot with a surrounding wall of 200m. Parts of the plot (580m2) is roofed with metal slaps. Two mobile offices (45+15 m2) are founded there and are used by the company.

It is reported that Al-Buttran established the targeted structure in 2014 to be a yard for his company's equipments and machineries that are used in construction project.
Al-Buttran structure is founded in AL-Layyeh area; more specifically at the northern entrance of Idhna town, which is future expansion area.
About Idhna:
It is 18km west of Hebron. According to statistics conducted in 2007, Idhna is inhabited by 19,012 people. It has a total area of 26,152 dunums, 2653of which are the village's built-up area.
The Israeli occupation confiscated 107 dunums of Idhna for the Apartheid Wall. Not only that, more than 3,511 dunums were isolated behind the wall as a result of its construction.
Besides, the bypass road number 35 -that is 4,674 meters long- confiscated more than 467 dunums from the village lands.
