As usual, the Israeli occupation authorities claimed that the confiscation occurred because the items were used in a house served stop-work order.
Israel Civil Administration served on November 26, 2015 stop-work order on Al-Alami's on the claim of "unlicensed construction". At time, citizen Al-Alami submitted a licensing application to the Civil Administration. Then, Al-Alami prepared a legal file to object to the order through Saint Yves organization. Despite all, the occupation confiscated, today, the equipments of the contractor constructing the citizen's house.
