Description:
The Occupation Authorities issued house of work notices for two houses and two electricity networks networks, on the pretext of building without a license in Idhna town west Hebron Governorate.
A massive army force accompanied by the so-called construction inspector at the Israeli Civil Administration raided the western area of Idhna, wrote the notices and hanged them on the walls before leaving.
The Occupation authorities ordered the immediate stoppage of construction works, on the pretext of building without a license, the notices were as follows:
First: Halt of work notice issued in June 10th 2021:
Targeted under construction houses belong to:
- Jamal Slaimiya: received a halt of work notice numbers (31374) which targets an under-construction house with a total area of (140 m2) still under construction, and built of cement and stones in 2020. The house was supposed to be a home for a family of 6 (The husband and wife , 4 children , two of which are under age).

- Sari Slaimiya: received a halt of work notice number (31900), which targeted an under-construction house, built during 2021 of cement and stones. The targeted house has a total area of (158 m2) , and was supposed to be a home for a family of 6 , 2 of them are children.

Second, Halt of work notices issued in June 20th 2021:
The notices targeted electricity networks of wooden columns and cables, installed by Idhna municipality to provide water for the following areas:
- Shabarqa area: Halt of Work Notice number (31903) targeted an electricity network (2 km) , that provide electricity for number of houses and agricultural facilities at the area.

- Wad Shomar area: Halt of Work Notice number (31904) targeted an electricity network (2.5 km) , that provide electricity for number of houses and agricultural facilities at the area.
The Occupation Authorities sat July 5th 2021, as the date of the subcommittee session in Beit El military court to decide the fate of the notified structures.
About Idhna:[1]
It is 18km west of Hebron. According to statistics conducted in 2017, Idhna is inhabited by 26,009 people. It has a total area of 26,447 dunums, 2653 of which are the village’s built-up area.
The Israeli occupation confiscated 107 dunums of Idhna for the Apartheid Wall. Not only that, more than 3,511 dunums were isolated behind the wall as a result of its construction.
Besides, the bypass road number 35 -that is 4,674 meters long- confiscated more than 467 dunums from the village lands.
