Description:
Wednesday January 13th 2021, the Israeli Occupation authorities ravaged a plot belong to ‘Issam Faeq Abu Ayyash and uprooted its trees in Beit Ummar north Hebron.
Abu ‘Ayyash (52) testified that an army force accompanied by a vehicle from the civil administration , and two JCB bulldozers invaded the plot in Al-Qurn area, and carried on uprooting trees then burying them in the ground.

Reportedly, Abu ‘Ayyash owns a plot with a total area of 25 dunums , he plants about 8 dunums with fruitful trees , except that this year, the occupation forces uprooted them and ravaged the whole plot.

The Owner said that in January 31st 2019, the Occupation forces gave eviction notices , issued by the so called responsible on governmental properties at the Occupation authorities , where the occupation claimed that the land is a state property , and ordered Abu Ayyash to evict it within 45 days after the date of the notice.

Abu ‘Ayyash said that he assigned a lawyer to object , but the occupation forces refused the objections and ravaged the plot, noting that about 40 people benefit from this plot.

It is located 12 km to Hebron city. The village’s total area is 21,285 dunums, of which 1,375 dunums are considered the built-up area; around 16,977 people inhabit Beit Ummar (according to 2017 census).
The Israeli occupation authorities confiscated 560.5 dunums from Beit Ummar for the favor of the bypass road no.60. The occupation also confiscated 1,216 dunums for the favor of the following colonies:
