Description:
Wednesday, The Israeli occupation civil administration invaded Qalqilya , and served a military order to Salih Shraim that requires the stoppage of rehabilitation work on his land . The targeted land is located in an area known as Al-Qaryoun in natural block 7563 and piece 40 .
According to military order (206031) , the occupation set 17 January as the building and organizing session in “Beit El” court to consider the case.
Shraim told LRC reporter:
“I own a 35 dunums plot, of which 30 dunums are cultivated with a variety of crops , and provide a subside source of income for my family of 9 members.
At the beginning of November 2018, I started rehabilitating the land, but at the beginning of this month , I was surprised of a military order that requires the stoppage of rehabilitation work as it is close to the segregation wall “as said in the military 9=order”.

Shraim asserted: I headed to JLAC for legal aid and in order to obtain a license for working in my own land, is cultivating trees now needs licenses from the occupation?

Noteworthy, the occupation is imposing restrictions on Palestinian activities close to the segregation wall. Qalqilya city is bordered by the segregation wall from 3 sides , which turned its residents lives into a living hell.
