Description:
November -11 , The Israeli occupation troops raided Al-Auja town and demolished 3 residential structures in Natural block 37, noteworthy, the block belongs to Palestinians and to the Palestinian ministry of religious endowment proved by Tapu.

Al-Auja Flat land (1500 dunums) is facing Judaization , but Palestinian farmers remained steadfast in their lands despite Israeli assaults and schemes.
Affected farmer Musa Musa told LRC reporter:
“during the past year I implemented a rehabilitation project in my 22 dunums land , and built an agricultural room, back then I received a halt of work order on the pretext of unlicensed constructions, and Sunday morning when I went to my land as usual I found out that the occupation are destroying my properties and when I tried to stop them they threatened me with their guns so I withdrew”.

Noteworthy, the Israeli occupation halts any Palestinian developmental projects in the area especially those targeting the agricultural sector, while illegal settlers freely grab Palestinian lands and cultivate them.

Article 147 of Geneva fourth convention : extensive destruction and appropriation of property, not justified by military necessity and carried out unlawfully and wantonly. ( it is considered a serious violation of the convention)
Article 53 of Geneva fourth convention that forbids destroying properties : Any destruction by the Occupying Power of real or personal property belonging individually or collectively to private persons, or to the State, or to other public authorities, or to social or co-operative organizations, is prohibited, except where such destruction is rendered absolutely necessary by military operations.
Article 33 of Geneva fourth convention: No protected person may be punished for an offence he or she has not personally committed.
Article 32 of Hague convention 1907 part g: To destroy or seize the enemy’s property, unless such destruction or seizure be imperatively demanded by the necessities of war.
Article 17 of Universal declaration of human rights 10 –Dec- 1948: No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.
