Israeli Occupation Forces notified on June 14, 2016 two houses in Beit AL-Rosh village, southwest Hebron governorate of Stop-Work on the claim of "unlicensed construction".
The owners of the targeted houses said that a vehicle relative to Israel Civil Administration accompanied by an army patrol raided the village at noon, hanged the orders on the house and took some photos of them before they had left.
It should be marked that the notices ordered halt on all construction works. July 13, 2016 was assigned as the hearing session of the Inspection Sub-Committee in the Israeli court of Beit El colony to consider whether to demolish the structure or restore its previous status.
The targeted houses belong to the following citizens:
- Omar Kashor: the citizen received a stop-work order on his two story house that is still under construction. The house is of 170m2 in area and was supposed to be home for six member family including two children.

- Adel Hreibat : the citizen received a stop-work order on his house that is still under construction. Construction works on the house started in 2016; the house was supposed to be home for ten members including three children.

About Beit Al-Rosh:
It is located 17 km to the west of Dura town with a total population of 1300 people, the majority of whom work in the agriculture sector. The apartheid wall of Israel devoured and isolated vast area of the village's land since its establishment.
