Violation: demolition notices served on structures

In less than 40 days of notifying 7 cisterns for water catchment with stop-work in Qusra, Israel Planning and Construction Committee comes back to finish the destruction it has started.
A massive force of the Israeli occupation army accompanied by a staff from the Planning and Construction Committee on May 13, 2015 hanged the demolition order no.(180085) on a wall in the area of al-Wi'ir, south of Qusra. The order compelled the village council to remove the area's power grid within a deadline not more than one week from the order's date of issuance. If not compelled to the order, the occupation will carry out the operation where all costs will be billed to the village council.
According to the data of Land Research Center, the grid has 12 poles in addition to cables that serve power to a big number of houses, barns and agricultural fields. Noteworthy, the whole area is threatened of confiscation and takeover by the nearby colonists of Yish Kudish.
The grid is reported to be established in 2013; it was served a stop-work order on January 20, 2014 and a final demolition order by the court of Beit El.

Demolition order on commercial storehouses :
The Planning and Construction Committee also delivered the self-demolition order no. (180086) to citizen Yousef Oudeh (65). The order compelled the citizen to demolish his four storehouses by himself in a one week deadline. If not committed to the order, the occupation will carry out the operation where all costs will be billed to the citizen.
Noteworthy, the notified structure are still under construction since 2013; each storehouse totals 160m2 in area and is located near by the public street, north of the village.
The Israeli occupation claimed serving a stop-work order on the four storehouses on January 20, 2015, which is what the owner denied. It should be marked that the citizen is responsible of a 12 member family including 5 minors.

Demolition and ravaging order on a land and a water cistern:
In the same context the Israeli occupation authorities notified a agricultural water cistern of demolition and a land that underwent reclamation of ravaging; the notified structure belongs to citizen Sa'id Oudeh (47).
According to the military order no.(18088), the aforementioned farmer was given a one week deadline to self-demolish the cistern. Otherwise, the occupation will carry out the operation and all costs will be billed to the farmer.
Oudeh who is the head of a 6 member family including 3 minors, ran a reclamation on his land in 2013 through Palestine Center for Economical and Social Development with funds from the Swedish Cooperation. A total of 7 dunums were covered by the reclamation and planted with 160 olive saplings.
As for the 70m3 cistern, it was built in 2013 by the FAO and funded by Canadian Association for Development .Noteworthy, the cistern was served a stop-work order on January 20, 2014 under the pretext of unlicensed construction.

Non-stop notices:
The chairman of Qusra village council Mr. Abdel'athim al-Wadi told an observer from Land Research Center the following: "since 2009, 75 residential, agricultural and service facilities have been notified with either stop-work or demolition; around 16 structures were demolished without any justification given"
He also asserted : "the village of Qusra is going through complicated restrictions on construction imposed by the Israeli occupation for the sake of limiting down the demographic expansion and prosperity where colonists are given ultimate freedom to take over lands and expand"
