Violation: serving stop-work orders

The Israeli authorities served on March 23, 2015 stop-work orders on two houses, a agricultural facility and a water cistern in the village of al-Kum, west of Hebron.
Citizen Maihen Rujub asserted that a vehicle relative to the Civil Administration accompanied by an army patrol raided the western side of the village and hanged the orders on the structures' walls.
It should be marked that the Israeli occupation authorities served for the second time in raw stop-work orders on these structure. First time was in July 31, 2014; people prepared a legal file to object the order through Saint Yves association.
The military orders mentioned that the structures were unlicensed construction and compelled the owners of immediate termination of construction. April 04, 2015 was assigned as the so-called Planning Committee session in the court of Beit El to consider demolishing the structures or restore their previous status.
The notified structures belong to the following:
- Arafat Rjoub: Arafat was served a stop-work order on his house that is still under construction. Construction work on the 175m2 house started in 2014; the residence is supposed to be home for 5 members including 3 minors. The house was served a stop-work order on July 31, 2014.
The citizen also received a stop-work order on a barrack (for cows); the structure was built in 2013 and is of 100m2 in area.

- Abdelrahman Rjoub: Abdelrahman was served a stop-work order on his house that is still under construction. Construction work on the 170m2 house started in 2014; the residence is supposed to be home for 6 members including 4 minors. The house was served a stop-work order on July 31, 2014

- Mohammad Rjoub : Mohamamd received, for the first time, a stop-work order on a cistern that is still under construction. The cistern has a volume of 500m3 and was established by the beginning of 2015; it was to serve around 7 dunums planted with fruitful trees.
