Violation: demolition and confiscation

The Israeli occupation authorities on January 19, 2015 confiscated metal slaps and metal angels from the land of citizen Mahmoud Rajabi in the area of Khallet al-Wardih, west Bani Nai'm village.
Rajabi asserted that his brother and he worked on establishing a barrack for cows on their land two weeks ago after the Israeli occupation demolished their structure in2012. At time of work, a vehicle relative to Israel Civil Administration with a winch came to the place where the force commander informed the citizen that construction is prohibited in this very area and that all materials and items used for the construction will be confiscated.
Rajabi accomplished big part of the barrack; the Civil Administration commander ordered the man to demolish what has been built in a period of three days maximum. In case Rajabi doesn’t self-demolish his barrack, the Civil Administration will come and carry out the demolition by itself. As a result, Rajabi demolished part of the barrack that was supposed to be of 800m2 in area.
The citizen asserted that the occupation authorities confiscated all construction materials to be used for the barrack establishment , loaded them onto trucks and moved them to Kfar Etzion colony. The Civil Administration commander provided the citizen with a phone number to call in case they want to follow up on the confiscated items. Rajabi pointed out that he, many times, tried to call the number but nobody picked.
It should be marked that Israeli occupation authorities demolished agricultural structures belonging to citizen Rajabi and his brothers in the same location on (01/05/2012). Land Research Center documented the aforementioned attack as in the following (AR, Eng)
