The Israeli occupation authorities on December 31, 2014 served a stop-work and construction order on a commercial structure and two "additional opportunity to object demolition" orders on two more structures, west of Idhna village in Hebron.
- The stop-work and construction order:
Citizen Yousef Tomaizie received a similar order on a barrack he uses to store and sell hay in the area of al-Layia . The Israeli occupation authorities claimed the structure unlicensed and compelled immediate termination of work. The order set January 21, 2015 as a date of a hearing session to be held in Beit El Military Court in regard to the structures.
The 950m2 structure of Tomaizie was established in 2011; the citizen sought help from Saint Yves to object the order in Israeli courts.

- "Additional opportunity to object demolition":
Citizen Abdulhamid Abu Juhaisheh received a similar order on his commercial structure that is located at the northern entrance of Idhna village. Noteworthy, the citizen uses his structure to store and sell hay. Allegedly, the order claimed serving a final stop-work order on the structure on July 2004. The 800m2 was established in 1990; around 30 (including 7 minors)members benefit from its income.

- "Additional opportunity to object demolition":
Citizen Helmi Tomaizie received a similar order on his commercial structure that is located at the northern entrance of Idhna village. Noteworthy, the citizen uses his structure to fix and sell cars tires. Allegedly, the order claimed serving a final stop-work order on the structure on July 2004. The 250m2 was established in 2000; around 5 members benefit from its income .
