Details:

The authorities of the Israeli occupation have served demolition orders to Um-Sidra residents and gave them a three day period to object the order. On 21/01/2014, the Civil Administration accompanied by a military patrol raided the Khrirbet and served five people “additional opportunity to object demolition” orders.

 Orders included that the authorities of the occupation gave the residents a three day period to object the demolition. The objections should have been submitted to the secretary office of the Inspection Central Unit in Beit El in a period of three days from the orders issuance.  That is to make it impossible for residents to file all the needed documents in time. The occupation claimed that the stop work orders were served on 12/03/2012.

As for the “additional opportunity to object demolition” order, the authorities of the occupation said that residents were served final demolition orders on 09/08/2013, but residents denied receiving such notifications.
