Qusool master plan cannot comply with the needs of the people which forced many to expand in areas classified ‘C’ according to Oslo. This resulted in numerous demolition and stop-work orders for the houses. 45 different structures have been threatened with demolition since 2000.
It is worthy to mention that the village master plan includes only 743.5 dunums out of 18000 dunums which is the total area of the village.
