Description:
The building inspector at the Israeli Civil Administration raided Rujeib village east Nablus city, and targeted 11 houses with halt of work notices on the pretext of building without a license in C area.
According to the notices, the Occupation sat July 19th 2021, as the date of the building and organization session in Beit El military court, to decide the fate of the structure.
Rujeib Village Council head Samer Al-Asmar told Land Research Center that military vehicles accompanying a truck from the building and organization department raided the northern and southern areas of the village, and gave 11 citizens halt of work notices on the pretext of building without a license in C area.
One of the owners Samer Tawfiq said that the targeted families conducted a meeting with the Jerusalem Legal aid and Human Rights center, which adopted many cases. The Following table shows more information about the targeted houses:

Rujeib village is located southeast Nablus city, about 5 km from Nablus city center , surrounded by Kafr Qaleel and Jarzeem mount (west) , Beit Furik town (east) , ‘Aska and Balata refugee’s camps (north) , and ‘Awarta (south).
