Monday, February 8^th 2021,  The Israeli Occupation authorities issued agricultural facilities in At-Tawani , Ar-Rakeez, and Al-Mufqara village in Masafer Yatta on the pretext of building without a license.

A massive army force accompanied by a vehicle from the building and organization department at the civil administration raided the area , signed demolition orders and pasted them on the targeted buildings , and took pictures of them before leaving.

The Occupation authorities issued final demolition orders that targeted the following facilities:

In June 30^th 2020, The Occupation Authorities issued halt of work notice for facilities belong to Fadel and Ashraf Al-‘Amour , for more information read LRC reports in (Arabic, English), and in September 14^th 2020 , they issued a halt of work notice for a facility belong to Mohammed Raba’e read our report in (Arabic , English), and demolished an agricultural room belong to citizen Hatem Makhamra in November 25^th 2020 (Arabic, English).

The Owners that received halt of work notice prepared a legal file , and hired lawyer to object on the notices, but the occupation refuses the submitted application, noting that the owners  were given 7 days to demolish what was built and returning the plots to their previous status , while citizen Hatem Makhamra was given 96 hours to show a license before demolishing the structures.
