Noteworthy, The built-up area of Beit Sakariya is too small in comparison to the population’s natural growth. Moreover, Not only that the occupation prohibits building new houses, it also prohibits repairing or expanding the already existing ones, even though most of them have zinc ceilings, which makes them uncomfortable for their inhabitants both in summer and winter.

Beit Sakariya has became surrounded by Gosh ‘Etzion colonial cluster, illegal colonists carry out daily attacks against people of the village, in order to empty the area for future colonial expansion.
