Description:
Tuesday January 7th 2020, the Israeli Occupation authorities issued halt of work orders on number of agricultural facilities in At-Tawani village east Yatta.
At-Tawani village council head Mohammed Raba’e told LRC: “A white Toyota vehicle related to the building and organization department and an army patrol raided the area , and put military orders on the targeted facilities , and took pictures of them before withdrawing.”

Through the notices , the occupation authorities imposed the immediate stoppage of construction works on the pretext of building without licenses , and set January 21st 2020 as the date of the subcommittee session in Beit El military court to decide the fate of the structure.
The notices targeted the following facilities:
- Notice number (00081) :targeted an agricultural facility built of bricks and steal sheets , the targeted facility is a (room 25 m2), that belongs to citizen Mufdi Raba’e. The facility was built last year as a store for feeds.

- Notice number (00082): targeted an agricultural room built of bricks and steal sheets, with a total area of 50 m2, and a barn built of bricks with a total area of 100 m2, owned by citizen Fadel Raba’e.

- Notice number (00083) : targeted an agricultural room that belongs to Khader Al-‘Amour, with a total area of 50 m2 , built of bricks and steal sheets , the owner uses it as a store for agricultural tools.

About At-Tawani :[1]
At-Tawani village is located to the south of Hebron city in West Bank, it is only 20 km away from Yatta , and has a population of 250 people. At-Tawani is administrated by a village council , and the village contains a clinic , mosque and school to the eighth class. At-Tawani depends on rainwater for drinking an electricity generator to lighten the village. Surrounded by four settlements and a bypass road , At-Tawani is one of the most vulnerable villages.
