Description:
In the early morning hours of Monday, December 23rd 2019, An officer from the government properties department, accompanied by the Occupation forces and bulldozers raided Einun plain lands in Tubas , and implemented a mass demolition operation in “Khirbet Abu Salah” area , on the pretext of building without licenses on lands registered as governmental properties according to the Israeli occupation authorities, After dismantling barracks and barns the Israeli occupation confiscated the components , and took them to the nearby settlement “Baqa’ut”..

Khirbet Abu Salah is known of its fertile soil and beautiful nature, and used to be a great area for agricultural investment before the occupation announced most of its lands as governmental properties or natural areas, which deprived several families that work in agriculture from a main source of income.
During the recent years, LRC documented several cases of demolishing agricultural or residential facilities under unjust claims in the area , which left a notable impact on agricultural sector in Tubas.
