The occupation authorities gave the owner only 30 days to return the land to its previous status.
‘Amarna told LRC reporter:
“My three brothers and I inherited a plot located in natural block 5 and pieces 12 and 13 , the plot was early registered as a Hashemite kingdom treasury , but in 1960 my father obtained a legal document proves the ownership of his land , in the 70s we planted 70 % of the land with olive trees. But after the construction of the segregation wall in 2000 , the occupation imposed restrictions that made our access to the plot so difficult , and the result was that several trees weakened due to lack of care. Now , the occupation authorities claim that the land is an Israeli state property and is trying to deny us from access to the plot.”
