Shawahin said that a force from the Civil Administration accompanied by an army patrol raided the area, left the order by the structure and took some photos of the place.

The Israeli occupation authorities compelled a halt on construction works. July 23, 2015 was assigned as the hearing session for the Inspection Sub-Committee in the Israeli court of Beit El to consider the status of the notified structures.

It should be marked that the notified tent is of 50m2 in area and that it is a home for a seven member family including three children. As for the cave, it totals 402 in area and is used to shelter the citizen’s sheep.
