Details:

On the morning of 07/04/2014, a massive force of the occupation accompanied by the so-called Planning Committee of the Civil Administration CA raided the village of Barta'a that is segregated behind the apartheid wall and embarked a demolition on a commercial shop(made of metal slabs) for  marble business.  

It should be marked that the demolition reached out the whole marble gallery where the occupation confiscated the interior estimated of 60,000 Israeli New Shekel INS.

The leveled to the ground gallery is owned by Muhammad Qabha from eastern Barta'a. Noteworthy, the citizen has previously received a stop work order on his structure that came under the pretext of unlicensed construction within area classified C according to Oslo Accord.  

Qabha (34) is the head of a family of 5 members. The shop( 45m2 in area) was his only source of living and income.

From another side, the Planning Committee of the Israeli occupation served in the same day a stop work order on  the structure of citizen Waleed Qabha under the pretext of unlicensed  construction within area classified C according to Oslo Accord. The structure is a mechanic  shop for car maintenance.

It should be marked that the occupation gave the citizen until 13/05/2014 as a final date to complete the licensing procedures. This date comes in time with the session of the Planning Committee in the court of Beit El to consider the status of the notified structures

Noteworthy, the mechanic shop that has been notified is of 25m2 in area and is built by cement blocks and roofed with metal slabs. As a result, a family of 6 members became without an income and living.

It is also worth mentioning that the number of stop work and demolition orders served on Barta'a until today is 240. More than 28 structures were destroyed according to the data of the village council. The occupation usual pretext came under unlicensed construction within area classified C according to Oslo Accord. The real reason behind the Israeli strategy is to empty the area from citizen and harass them to leave by every possible means.
