Violation: notifying structures of demolition and stop work

Details:

On March 10, 2014, the authorities of the occupation served stop work orders for two structures and a demolition order for another house in the area of Khallet Abu Baida, west of Bani Na'im- Hebron governorate.

The Civil Administration of the occupation accompanied by a military patrol raided the village and hanged the orders on the walls of the structures and took some photos before they had left.

First: the stop work orders:

The Civil Administration of the occupation served stop work orders for two houses under the pretext of unlicensed construction. A court session of the Inspection Sub-Committee  will be assigned on April06,2014 in Beit Eel to consider whether to demolish the structures or to leave them to their original status.

The houses are owned by :

1- citizen Ibrahim Mohammad Tarayra: a four floor brick house with a total area of 620m2. Construction began in 2013 and is still undergoing. The family of citizen Tarayra(8 members, including 3kids) was supposed to inhabit the place.

2-  citizen Ibrahim  Hussein Tarayra: a three floor brick house with a total area of 500m2. Construction began in 2013 and is still undergoing. The family of citizen Tarayra (9 members including 6kids) was supposed to inhabit the place.

Second: the demolition order:

Citizen Mohamad Salamn Tarayra was served a demolition order for his two floor house that was established in 2013. Noteworthy, the house has an area of 150m2 and is inhabited by the citizen's family( 2 members).
