On 07/03/2014, the authorities of the Israeli occupation served a stop work order on a structure owned by Citizen Ayman Amayreh in the village of Souba, south of Idna.
Amayreh (37) asserted that: “he found the stop work order no. 161102 shoved under a rock near the threshold of his house. The pretext came under unlicensed construction”.
The court of Beit El assigned a court session of the so-called Inspection Sub-Committee, on the 26th of March 2014, to consider demolishing the place or to leave it to its original status.
Amayreh’s house was established in 2013 with a total area of 127m2 in the village of Souba, south of Idna town. The two floor building is made of bricks and is still under construction. The house is a shelter to Ayman’s family (6members including 4 kids). Noteworthy, the citizen prepared all needed document to object the stop work order.
