On April 24, 2013, the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration issued a stop-work order for a medical clinic in Susiya. Nasr an Nawj’a, a residence of susiya, said that the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration issued an order for the building which is still in the preliminary construction phases.

He pointed that the residents of Susiya sought the legal assistant of Gayyath Nasser, an attorney of law. The building is designed to be a medical clinic serving the villagers of Susiya who were forced to go to the nearby town of Yatta for medical services.
 
Stop-work order "151154" demanded the immediate stoppage of construction due to unlicensed construction in area classified ‘C’ according to Oslo. It also set the date of a hearing session to be held in Beit El Military Court on May 20, 2013 to decide on "demolition or returning to the status quo".
