It is worth mentioning that the Israeli occupation carried out a large- scale demolition operations in the Jordan Valley during the past 2 years. In the last year, many stop-work orders were delivered, harming more than 80 Bedouin families and including residential structures and barns. Since the beginning of this year, more than 120 inhabitants living in Yarza, A’touf, Ras Al-A’hmar and Ein Al-Helwa were sent eviction and demolition orders.
The Israeli occupation authorities does not hesitate in evicting entire Palestinian gatherings in the Jordanian Valley , thus causing a demographic defect in favor of the Israeli colonies. Israel wants to change facts on the ground so that in negotiations the region would be "land without people."
