Previous violations:

As Sawiya
It is located 20 km to the south of Nablus. It has a total area of 11380 dunums of which 340 dunums are included in the organizational plan. The organizational plan of the village consisted of 50 dunums before it was expanded in 1993; not any other expansion happened since which limited the village development. Around 3000 dunums of the village total area are planted with wheat, cotton, vegetables, and olives.
As Sawiya is targeted by the Israeli Occupation Army; so far, 65 structures have received military orders due to ‘unlicensed construction’. The village is inhabited by around 2500 people. 32 % of the village total area is subjected to colonial expansion as the village is surrounded by the Israeli colonies of Rehalim and Eli.
